Dr. Mo has been developing technology based training since 1988. At Baylor University, he led the Corporate Training Center and served as the tenured Accenture Professor of Human Performance. Dr. Mo has presented at numerous national and international conferences on eLearning strategies and content development, and has written many professional research articles on evolving new practices in technology based training. Many of his instructional design models are widely accepted and used by corporations around the world. Dr. Mo has won five international awards for excellence in eLearning from the ISPI and ASTD. |

Hiram Kuykendall is a technical leader with over fifteen years of solid real world experience in application, infrastructure design, and E-Learning development. His specialties include software development management, database administration and system engineering. Mr. Kuykendall manages the development teams for numerous E-Learning sites both for the State of Texas and the private sector. Mr. Kuykendall has extensive experience dealing with accessibility issues from managerial and practical levels. Prior to joining MicroAssist in 1995, he accumulated extensive experience working for various Texas state agencies as well as the private sector. Mr. Kuykendall received his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. |

Debby Kalk is an instructional designer, project manager, and e-learning consultant with two decades of experience producing interactive, video, and classroom-based learning programs. She has developed training and customer education programs for companies such as USAA Insurance, Dell Computer, and Verizon Wireless. As co-founder and CEO of Cortex Interactive, she built a nationally-recognized, pioneering multimedia company that developed award-winning educational products for publishers such as Pearson, McGraw-Hill, and Harcourt. She is co-author of the textbook, Real World Instructional Design, published in 2005 by Wadsworth College Publishers, a unit of Thomson Learning. She has a BA in History, a BS in Radio-Television-Film, an MA in Instructional Technology, and is currently working on a PhD, all from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Chris has over 17 years of progressive experience in technology management and is an outspoken proponent of the open source culture for building more competitive and successful businesses. Chris is currently Chief Executive Officer of Sparksight, an interactive marketing and event management agency based in Austin, Texas. Chris' vision and business acumen has led him to serve a wide variety of international organizations including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Computer Associates, IBM, and most recently Vignette Corporation. Chris has participated as a key leader for eLearning projects for in healthcare, education and commercial industries. Chris has spoken at conferences around the world, providing unique and innovative business strategies that leverage open source technologies and the Internet to address sales, marketing and operational challenges. In addition to his leadership for Sparksight, Chris also maintains a vigorous role in the board of directors for Open Source Matters, Inc., the Association for Corporate Growth and the Austin Interactive Marketing Association (AIMA). Chris is also key member of the Foundation Working Group for the Joomla! Open Source Content Management project. Chris holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. |
